From staging suggestions and small repairs, we will identify opportunities to make your listing shine. HINT: Declutter, declutter, declutter! We will coordinate the professional pictures and setup for showings.
Ready to show
Now that the property is in the market, we’ll need to establish the showing availability and make sure that the property is always “spick and span”.
Receiving offers
We’ll work to find and negotiate the best deal for you. Our skills will take you to the closing table.
Due diligence period
This time is for inspections, loan origination if the Buyer is financing, title search and clear any contingencies to prepare for closing. We will facilitate the information or documents needed for the Buyer to complete the process. No, worries, we will guide you every step of the way!
Closing
We made it to the closing table! It’s time to transfer ownership to the buyers. Remember, bring the keys for the new owners!
